Who I am
My name is Rene Salmeron. I am a director, videographer, photographer, and editor based in Los Angeles. I have been working within the video production industry for seven years. I have worked with several production companies such as Capitol Records, Axess Multimedia, Ravisuals, Leo Marketing, and more. While I love to direct, I will also work as a dp, ac, camera operator, grip, gaffer, sound mixer, photographer, and editor. I believe it's best to possess knowledge and skills from other departments of production to better yourself as a creative.
I am always striving to be better than I was the day before. I am always trying to create the best content I can for my clients, coworkers, and myself. When I look back at where I was when I first started, I knew very little when it came to video production and editing. When I reflect on myself today, I am proud to say that I have grown so much. Even on my bad days when I feel like I haven’t’, I know that in reality I have grown significantly. I am proud to be able to say that.
At the end of the day, I am an ambitious creative person who loves to collaborate with other creative individuals to produce art and entertainment for the world to enjoy for years to come.
